| Description |
English: Wet area, Fiacaill na Leth-choin. A lot of the square is visible here including the slopes of Creag an Leth-choin, across the gentle valley of the Allt Creag an Leth-choin, known in plankerspeak as Lurcher's Gully. The skiers too lazy to ski uphill covert this area for new tows, and every few years make an attempt to "open it up". A few poor winters, and the financial hangover of the railway has dampened their enthusiasm somewhat.
The foreground shows a common land feature here, a line of springs out of the gravels. |
