Deutsch: Vorderseite: + VVAIINIIIVG. Kreuz mit Kugeln in den Winkeln.
Rückseite: Dreizeiliges S / COLONII / A. Kommentar: Typisch für Westfalen im 11. und 12. Jh. ist die Nachahmung des ottonischen Kölner Münztyps mit der immobilisierten Legende +ODDO+IVIPING (aus ODDO IMP[erator]AVG[ustus]). Eine der Hauptmünzstätten dieser Nachahmungen war Soest. Die Soester Nachahmungen sind dann ihrerseits auch nachgeahmt worden. Auch in Hessen (Fritzlar, Marburg) ist der ottonische Kölner Münztyp nachgeahmt worden. Die hessischen Nachahmungen sind leichter als die westfälischen (Hessen meist unter, Westfalen meist über 1 g). Dieses Stück ist nach Fabrik und Gewicht eher hessisch als westfälisch, wofür auch das Vorkommen im Fund von Fulda spricht. Wegen der von ihm auf VVARINHERVS gelesenen Vorderseite nimmt Peter Ilisch den Abt Warin von Corvey (1070-1079) als Münzherrn an [P. Ilisch, Die Fritzlarer Colonia des 11. Jahrhunderts (2004) 18-19].
