Summary
[edit]DescriptionWest Wickham, Kent, The 'Mad Mile' - geograph.org.uk - 1724132.jpg |
English: West Wickham, Kent: The 'Mad Mile' This is Addington Road, looking west from the bottom of Corkscrew Hill. It is part of the A2022, and goes to Addington Village. The road carries a 40 mph speed limit, but that does not always seem to be effective, as young idiots in fast cars are often seen traversing it at nearer 80 mph: hence its nickname. |
