Description
English: Traveling east and north from the Outerbridge Crossing on the West Shore Expressway (NY 440) at its interchange with the Korean War Veterans Parkway (Richmond Parkway) in Charleston / Richmond Valley / Pleasant Plains near Tottenville, Staten Island. The West Shore Expressway is unusual within New York City, being an expressway that is not an Interstate Highway. In terms of design and maintenance, it is an Interstate in all but name.
