“… Fakat şehrin su ihtiyacı zaman zaman artmakta, hayır yapmak, bilhassa su dağıtmak gayesi de devam etmekte olduğundan her devirde büyük himmetlere ve hizmetlere vesile olmuştur ki bentlerimizi sıralayınca hakikat belirecektir.
