Español: Figura 1. Esquema que representa el itinerario de Cuerpos de Weibel-Palade

(WPB) en células endoteliales.
La formación de WPB es impulsada por VWF que se produce en ER y se transmite al Golgi (1).
Las WPB que brotan del TGN en un proceso dependiente de AP-1 y clatrina se transportan a la periferia celular a lo largo de los microtúbulos. Esto se acompaña de la transferencia dependiente de BLOC-2 y anexina A8 de componentes endosomales como CD63 y VAMP8 a WPB (2).
Al madurar las WPB adquieren ciertas RabGTPasas, por ejemplo, Rab27A y Rab3B / D, la primera requerida para unir WPB en el citoesqueleto de actina cortical (vía MyRIP / MyoVc) y apoyando la exocitosis ( víaSlp4-a) (3).
El anclaje inducido por secretagogo y la fusión con el MP requiere factores de acoplamiento, como el complejo de anexina A2 / S100A10 / Munc13-4 y una maquinaria de fusión basada en SNARE, y también puede involucrar eventos compuestos y acumulativos (3, 4 y 5).
Finalmente, se han observado anillos de actina post-fusión que apoyan la liberación completa de VWF altamente multimérico (6).
