Description
Deutsch: Die Kartoffel-Rose (Rosa rugosa) ist heute ein typischer Bewohner der norddeutschen Dünenlandschaften. Dennoch gilt die Pflanze als Neophyt, also eine eingewanderte Art. Noch in den 1930er Jahren war sie nicht heimisch. Die Aufnahme hier entstand am östlichen Ende der Strandpromenade auf Wangerooge. Man blickt Richtung Norden auf die offene Nordsee.
