English: In the right maxillary sinus we can see structure similar to air fluid level but with convexity upwards which is pathognomonic for antrochoanal polyp. If the convexity would have been downwards then it would have been acute maxillary sinusitis. Diffuse opacity is seen on the left maxillary sinus indicating chronic maxillary sinusitis. Other sinuses appear to be normal. |
