| Description |
English: Waterlogged pasture There are several interconnected pastures alongside the unnamed stream which meanders alongside the woodland edge seen at right, and the many imprints of horses' hooves as well as numerous heaps of horse dung indicate that these pastures are populated by horses. So far there is not one horse in sight, though. The pools of water seen in the foreground are due to recent heavy rainfalls. The woodland seen in the background is Further Plantation.
Starting at a field gate > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1030921 on a bend on Scottow Row by the fishing pond > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/452663 this public footpath leads first in westerly and then in southerly direction, always roughly following a small stream > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1030982 which meanders through a large pasture > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/597692 and finally emerges by the Stake Bridge > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/597691 near the Goat Inn public house > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/451519. |
