[edit]DescriptionWatchdogs commemorate inauguration DVIDS146449.jpg |
English: While thousands of Americans flocked to the nation's capitol and millions of others huddle around their television sets with friends at home, people came together to view history in the making as Barack Obama, the first black president, was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States, Jan. 20. Soldiers of the 8th Military Police Brigade "Watchdog," Multi-National Division – Baghdad, took the opportunity to gather together and reflect on what makes the nation great. The inauguration also served as a powerful reminder for the Soldiers of their mission and what they are trying to help the Iraqi people accomplish for themselves. |
