| Description |
English: Watch this space-09 Not a space I hoped to see. In 02 of this series I expressed fears that the attractive cast iron parapet of the bridge might not be incorporated in the rebuilt bridge. It seems that almost every effort was made to dismantle the panels in one piece by grinding through the bolts which connect them. But perhaps the panel wasn't given enough support as the bolts were successively cut through, resulting in the break near the bottom. |
