Description
Deutsch: Dieses "Wasserturm" genannte Gebäude ist der Eingang zum unterirdisch angelegten Trinkwasserbehälter auf dem Gipfel des Baumannsberges. Das von der Trinkwassertalsperre Carlsfeld durch eine Pipeline hierhergeleitete Wasser füllt diesen Behälter, aus dem ein Teil des Ortes mit Wasser versorgt wird. Dieser Behälter dient der Druckminderung in den Wasserleitungen und als Zwischenspeicher. Eine baugleiche Anlage bestand bis 2012 auf dem Webersberg die zu diesem Zeitpunkt modernisiert und mit vergrößertem Speicherraum wieder ans Netz ging.
