Description Der hier in einfahrbereitem Zustand dargestellte Probenehmer wird durch Federklauen in seiner geöffneten Stellung arretiert. Entsprechende Durchströmöffnungen sorgen für ausreichende Zirkulation während der Messfahrt. In der gewünschten Entnahmeteufe wird das Fall-Schließgewicht am Haspelseil befestigt und eingeworfen. Dieses löst beim Aufschlagen auf den Schließkegel das Auseinandersperren der Federklauen aus und durch das Eigengewicht des Probenehmergehäuses sowie der Führungsbirne werden die eingeschliffenen Ventile fest geschlossen. Seitlich wurde bei den Beprobungen eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Maximum-Thermometers zur Messung der in-situ-Temperatur angebracht.
