Daniel Dudek, the Plans, Policy and Procedures Branch Chief with the Warrior Transition Command, gets ready to do laps at track practice at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo., April 23, 2012. Dudek a native of Wilmington, N.C., sustained a spinal cord injury in Iraq During his support to Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007. Dudek will be competing in the track, field and swimming events in the upcoming Warrior Games beginning April 30, 2012. |
