| Description |
English: A snapshot of culture in Princess Street, Manchester city centre - the crash barriered crowds are waiting for the Manchester Pride parade, while the bus is a special shuttle service taking ravers to the Creamfields festival.
The bus is Warrington Borough Transport no. 165 (reg. K711 ASC), a 1992 Leyland Olympian double-decker with Alexander RL bodywork. It was new to Fife Scottish as their fleet no. 711 but appears to have spent much of its life with Huntingdon and District under their various owners. Latterly a schools/contracts bus, it has survived in Warrington ownership long enough to have Network Warrington vinyls applied over the previous Warrington livery which it wears here. |
