| Description |
English: Label of Buffalo in Paddock near Banff, Alberta, in Rocky Mountains Park. This label was printed from the same type as the Handbook of the Rocky Mountains Park Museum, and the labels of the Museum. It was framed and the frame painted grey to harmonise with the weathered wooden fence posts or fence posts painted white that sooner or later weather grey. The paper was stained kakis color to harmonise with the landscape and given three coats of spar varnish to preserve it from rain, etc. The other labels of like character show where the museum and zoo are, list the animals to be seen in the zoo and paddock, also statee when the museum is open and that it is free. |
