At the War Memorial in Smethwick near Victoria Park. This was a few days after Remembrance Sunday and the Armistice 100 weekend commemorations, so there was poppy wreaths at the war memorial and poppies on the lawn in one corner.

It's close to the Smethwick Council House and Smethwick Heritage Centre (closed on the day of my visit).
