English: Walter Wendt was civilian and chief of department for foreign cilian workers at Erla Machine factory in subcamp of the concentration Camp of Buchenwald. In the Buchenwald Camp Trial (part of the Dachau Trials) he was sentenced to 15 years of imprisonment (later modified to 5 years of imprisonment). Wendt was SA-Sturmführer.
Deutsch: Walter Wendt (* 3. Juli 1907 - ?) war Zivilist und als Personalchef der Erla-Maschinenwerke, einem Aussenlager des Konzentrationslagers Buchenwald, tätig. Im Dachauer Buchenwald-Prozess wurde er zu 15 Jahren Haft verurteilt (später in 5 Jahre Haft). Wendt war SA-Sturmführer. |
