English: A true-colour satellite image of the sprawling precursor tropical low to Severe Tropical Cyclone Wallace, taken on 3 April 2019 by NASA's 'Terra' polar-orbiting satellite. The system was located near Indonesia's Maluku Islands, to the north of Australia's Northern Territory. The cyclone would reach a peak intensity of Category 3 on the Australian scale, and Category 1 on the Saffir-Simpson scale, on 8 April. |
