Description Like a city in one building. Arcology? Has offices, apartments and a swimming pool on an upper floor, according to articles I have read. Many years ago, I remember an article in National Geographic Magazine titled "At Home In John Hancock Center." It wasn't a real long article, but interesting. Walked past JHC when I was changing trains in Chicago in 1993 as I was coming back from a bike tour across USA. Stepped into the lobby and yes it did smell, a bit, like an apartment building. Wiki article is quite interesting.
