Beschreibung: Der 70 m hohe Turm auf dem Bild heisst Bai Ta und ist das Grabmal der Mutter des Koenigs Wan Yan Yong. Dieser Koenig lebte und herrschte zu einer Zeit, als es das große vereinigte China zwar schon gab, aber die Mandschurei noch nicht zum großen China der vereinigten sieben Länder gehörte. Damals, im Jahr 1161 bis 1189 nach Christus, als der Bai Ta, der weiße Turm erbaut wurde, war Liaoyang noch die Hauptstadt eines Landes namens Jin Guo. Aber diese Zeit war schon die Endzeit von Jin Guo, denn Dschingis Khan, der große Eroberer aus der Mongolei eroberte kurz danach zuerst Jin Guo und dann unglaublicher Weise tatsächlich auch das große China (Zhong Guo), welches damals wie gesagt aus einem – kriegerisch erzwungenen – Zusammenschluss von sieben Ländern bestand. Dschingis Khan beendete mit dieser Eroberung damals die Song Dynastie, unter welcher die chinesische Bevölkerung viel zu leiden hatte und stark verarmte. In China begann damit dann die Yuan Dynastie. |
