| Description |
English: Wagon turntable remains The cast iron ring on the foreground is the remains of a small turntable allowing wagon to be turned through right angles for tipping into boats moored in the half tide basin at Lydney Harbour to the left. The end of the sea gates to the basin can just be seen to the left of the picture. The Sharpness side of the Severn Estuary can be seen across the river and mudflats. |
