DescriptionWaeschemangelMaxFranzkyH3a.jpg	Deutsch: Wäschemangel aus Gusseisen mit zwei Holzwalzen im Jugendstildekor. Die Walzen werden von einer Kurbel über Zahnräder angetrieben. Über den Walzen befindet sich ein Bügel mit einer Stellschraube über die die darunter liegenden Blattfedern nach unten gedrückt werden konnten um den Druck zwischen den beiden Walzen zu regulieren. Die maximal 100 cm breiten (oder zusammengefalteten) Wäschestücke wurden zwischen 2 Walzen, die über eine Handkurbel angetrieben wurden, durchgepresst . Die Inschrift: Max Franzky Coelna/ Rh. deutet auf den Händler für Möbelbeschläge und Eisenwaren Max Franznky in Cöln (heute Köln), Breitestrasse 42-46. Die Firma steht heute als zum Jahresbeginn 1975 gelöscht im Handelsregister (https://www.kompany.de, https://www.northdata.com). Die Wringmaschine wurde wohl von einer Gießerei im Auftrag des Händlers gegossen.
