Description
English: Russian items from World War II displayed at the Lofoten War Memorial Museum:
(The war museum's comment: German belt buckle used by a Russian partisan. Dangerous if you get captured.)
  • "Excellent Locomotive Operator" (Russian: Отличный паровозник), an award for outstanding workers in the railway transportation sector in the Soviet Union. This breast badge was established by a decree from the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on September 22, 1943, along with seven other departmental badges, and was awarded until 1957.
(The war museum's comment: This one shows that you are a good train driver.)
The Lofoten War Memorial Museum (Norwegian: Lofoten Krigsminnemuseum) in Svolvær, Norway presents the country's largest exhibition of military uniforms and small items from the German occupation of Norway 1940–1945, as well as from other events before and during the war.

Norsk bokmål: Russiske gjenstander fra østfronten under andre verdenskrig utstilt i Lofoten Krigsminnemuseum:
(Krigsmuseets kommentar: Partisan beltespenne.
  • «Utmerket lokomotivfører» (russisk: Отличный паровозник), utmerkelse for fremragende arbeidere innenfor jernbanetransportsektoren i Sovjetunionen.
