Description

This intermittent stream was marked in my GPS topology map but not on Halfmile's map. The water resource number is made up based on the the mileage rounded to one decimal point.

There was a pool of clear water was right next to the trail at the apex where the stream crosses it. This image shows the the intermittent stream upstream where it comes to the surface and then sinks through decomposed granite that filters it. The streambed looks muddy but the water in the pool next to the trail was crystal clear.

Do not worry if this stream is not flowing as there is a more reliable source coming up shortly if you are headed north. If you are headed south and need water, turn back and get it at WR127, B as the next reliable water is seven miles away at WR120.
