Description

A U.S. Navy Lockheed WP-3A Orion (BuNo 149674) assigned to Weather Reconnaissance Squadron VW-4 Hurricane Hunters operates over the Atlantic Ocean in 1974. This aircraft was later modified as an NP-3A, later

to NP-3D. It was retired to the AMARC as 2P0240 on 26 September 2005 and scrapped in 2006.
