Den Haag Vrijstaande villa uit 1927-1928, gebouwd in opdracht van Francois van 't Sant naar ontwerp van architect D. Roosenburg Van 't Sant raakte in de jaren dertig in opspraak door de affaire 'Elisabeth le Roi'. De exacte toedracht is nooit duidelijk geworden. Vermoedelijk had van 't Sant de dame van deze naam zelf verzonnen om de nabestaanden van de Nederlandse gezant te Brussel te chanteren met een buitenechtelijk kind. De familie betaalde, en Van 't Sant bouwde een kapitale villa .(Windekind) (1942) bevond zich in villa Windekind de Nederlandse vestiging van 'Referat IVB4' van het 'Reichssicherheitshauptamt', de Duitse instantie die verantwoordelijk was voor de deportatie van de Joden.
