Nederlands: Fragment van een stenen beeld
Fragment van een stenen beeld van een halfnaakte godheid. Naaktheid werd in de Romeinse iconografie beschouwd als een kenmerk van goddelijkheid. Het beeld stelt dus vermoedelijk een god of een halfgod voor. Waarschijnlijk gaat het om Mercurius. Deze god van onder meer de handel en “buitenkansjes”, tevens de begeleider van de doden naar de onderwereld, was in Noordwest-Europa erg populair.
