Description
Deutsch: Wegekreuz bei Trou du Loup an der Hoegne. Inschrift: "Les Mousseux 1897. A la mémoire de Gregoire t'SERSTEVENS, mort en 1951, Createur de cette propriété et de Louis Marquet son fidèle collaborateur. Les descendants reconnaissants du chevalier et Mme Edmond t'SERSTEVENS NICOLAY" (Inschrift (übersetzt) "Les Mousseux 1897. In Gedenken an Grégoire t'Serstevens, gestorben 1951, Schöpfer dieses Besitztums und an Louis Marquet, seinen treuen Mitarbeiter. Die dankbaren Nachkommen des Ritters und Frau Edmond t'Serstevens Nicolaî.").
Grégoire t'Serstevens wurde geboren am 4. August 1870 in Stavelot und war später Bügermeister von Baillonville. Er starb im Alter von 80 Jahren am 28. Juni 1951 in Stavelot. Er heiratete am 21. April 1898 in Baillonville Emilie Massange und hatte mit ihr fünf Mädchen und drei Jungen. Mit "Frau Edmont t'Serstevens Nicolaî" kann eigentlich nur seine Mutter gemeint sein, die aber schon 1919 verstorben war (der Vater 1915). Keines seiner Kinder hieß Edmond.
