Description
English: Washington- this sit-in park was constructed on right-of-way remnants along I-5 within the Seattle city limits. This site is also at the termination of a freeway ramp that forms the primary entrance to the C.B.D. for northbound travelers. The water sculpture, landscaping and decorative paving, costing approximately $70,000. was donated to the City of Seattle by Mr. Floyd A. Naramore of the architectural firm of Naramore, Bain, Brady and Johanson, and was dedicated on June 13, 1967.
