Deutsch: Vienna 1., Walfischgasse 5. (vor 1919 Wallfischgasse) Gedenktafel für W.H.Auden, W.H.Auden starb am 29.September 1973 nach einer Lesung aus seinen Werken für die Österreichische Gesellschaft für Literatur, an den Folgen eines Herzinfarktes in Wien.
English: Vienna 1., Walfischgasse 5. In this house W.H.Auden died on September 29, 1973, after reading from his works for the Austrian Society for Literature, from the effects of a heart attack in Vienna.
