Description Hong Kong n'est pas une ville comme les autres... Elle se définit à travers ses quelque 260 îles et îlots, sa presqu'île et ses Nouveaux Territoires grignotés sur la Chine continentale. Le centre à proprement parler, d'un point de vue historique, est limité au quartier de Central sur l'île de Hong Kong. Centre des affaires, il regroupe les derniers bâtiments coloniaux, la célèbre City à l'asiatique et s'adosse au fameux Victoria Peak.
