Description
Español: El 3 de octubre de 1935 partían 100 soldados voluntarios para apoyar militarmente a Italia, siguiendo el espíritu de los protocolos italo-uruguayos del 25 de septiembre de ese año, firmados por Terra y Mussolini.

Uruguay fue el único país de la Liga de Naciones que apoyó la recuperación de Etiopía y Abissynia por parte de Italia.
