Description
Deutsch: 1995 modellierte der Bildhauer Wolfgang Eckert den Schauspieler Volker Prechtel in dessen Wohnung in Gröbenzell bei München. Bei der abgebildeten Porträtplastik handelt es sich um eine in Beton gegossene und mit klebergebundenen Tonerde überarbeiteten Plastik. Die Aufnahme entstand im Atelier des Künstlers, in dessen Besitz sich das Porträt befindet.
English: In 1995 the sculptor Wolfgang Eckert modelled the actor Volker Prechtel in his apartment. The portrait sculpture depicted is a sculpture cast in concrete and finished with adhesive-bound clay. The photograph was taken in the studio of the artist who owns the portrait.
