Aangeschoten op de terugweg door Flak in Venlo.

7 Bemanningsleden Brits-Nieuwe Zeelandse. 5 gedood, F/S A.T.W. Moore piloot,

                 Sgt.  P.C.Stone,      navigator,
                 Sgt.  L.C.Maunsell  gunner,
                 F/S   L.C.Wood       gunner,
                 Sgt.  M. Keogh        gunner.

save; Sgt. E.S.C Wilkins,

         P/O    Coventry

Boven Velden/Venlo uit vliegtuig gesprongen en zijn tot in Parijs gekomen waar ze gevangen zijn genomen door de Gestapo. Wilkins is in 1993 terug geweest op de crash plaats in Melderslo. Van Coventry is niets meer vernomen.
