Description
Српски / srpski: Севастократор Влатко, син кнеза Паскача, детаљ породичног ктиторског портрета из манастира Псача (1365-1371), данас у Републици Македонији. Влатко је, као властелин краља Вукашина, господарио Славиштем, Врањем, Иногоштом и Прешевом, делимично ширећи територију на рачун браће Драгаша, младих наследника преминулог деспота Дејана, зета цара Стефана Душана. После слома Мрњавчевића на Марици 1371. године са историјске сцене нестаје и севастократор Влатко Паскачић, док се Драгаши опорављају, добрим делом уз османску подршку.
