Een groot aantal figuren kijkt toe vanaf de straat en vanuit de omliggende gebouwen. Links geeft een vrouw de borst aan een klein kind. Rechts draagt een vrouw een zak op haar hoofd. Vervaardiging Vervaardiger: prentmaker: Bartolomeo Passarotti (vermeld op object), naar schildering van: Francesco Salviati (vermeld op object) Plaats vervaardiging: Italië Datering: 1539 - 1592 Fysieke kenmerken: ets Materiaal: papier Techniek: etsen Afmetingen: blad: h 314 mm (Binnen plaatrand afgesneden.) × b 482 mm (Binnen plaatrand afgesneden.) Toelichting Prent spiegelbeeldig naar een fresco door Francesco Salviati in de Chiesa di San Giovanni Decollato te Rome. Het spiegelbeeldige opschrift doet vermoeden dat het gaat om een tegendruk, al wordt dit door o.a. het British Museum tegengesproken.
