Description
English: Members of the Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek Police Precinct kneel with their Virginia Law Enforcement Challenge first place plaques, Sept. 4, in Virginia Beach, Va. This is the third year the precinct has won the challenge, given for professionalism in traffic safety enforcement methods, such as the precinct's "Click It or Ticket" and "Safe and Sober" programs.
