Marshall, Lt. Col. engineers, Chief Geographer, T.G. Gerdine, major engineers, Geographer in charge, topography by C.D.S. Clarkson ... ." "Surveyed in cooperation with the War Department, U.S. Geological Survey, George Otis Smith, Director." Includes conversion table and meter scale. Annotated in blue ink in lower left margin: 31.
