Summary
[edit]DescriptionVilla hochschild kamin.jpg |
English: Fireplace in the Hochschild villa located in Eppenhain, Taunus, Grand Duchy of Hesse, German Reich. The building was erected in 1912/13 for the Frankfurt-based entrepreneur Zachary Hochschild (1854–1912). In comparison to the initial planning in 1911 the picture shows a wall on the left which must have been erected at a later date. The hall intitially was planned completely open on this side, therefore the wooden pillars. On the left of the fireplace a door which led to the adjoining dining room. |
