Description
Deutsch: Stuttgart. Villa Berg, Kandelaber, nach einem Entwurf von Christian Friedrich von Leins, Gusseisen, Guss in den Hüttenwerken Wasseralfingen, auf einem tonnenförmigen Sandsteinsockel, Höhe ca. ? cm, Entstehungsjahr 1853 (Guss), Stuttgart, Villa Berg, am Eingang der beiden Treppen zur zur Südterrasse.
Der einfache Kandelaber besteht aus einem runden Schaft, der im unteren Teil dicker und glatt, im oberen Teil dünner und kanneliert ist. Der untere Schaft ist durch einige Ringe profiliert und anfangs mit einem Blattband, in der Mitte mit einem Rosettenband verziert. Die Laternen sind allseitig verglaste Sechseckkörper, die sich nach unten verjüngen und mit einem doppelten Dach und in einer spitzauslaufenden Kugel enden.
