Deutsch: aus dem DEHIO Vorarlberg 1983: Reichsstrasse Nr. 170: Villa Mutter, erbaut 1855/56 von Bauinspektor „Spindler“, die erste bedeutende frühhistorische Villenanlage in Vorarlberg. Kubisches Hauptgebäude in parkartigem Garten. Unverputzte Backsteinwände auf Sandsteinsockel, dreiachsiger flacher Mittelrisalit, Terasse mit seitlichen Treppen, Sandsteinbalkon, umlaufende Geschoßtrennung durch Zickzackfries, unter dem Dach Lüftungsschlitze, in den Fenstern Jalousienschabracken aus gepresstem Blech; rückseitig flacher Mittelrisalit mit gekuppelten Fenstern. Originale Ausstattung, im Erdgeschoß straßenseitig repräsentative Suite mit Musikzimmer (Deckenmalerei aus der Bauzeit), Neurenaissance-Kachelöfen, Zinnlavabos, Türen mit Gittern; im Hauptgeschoß Wand- und Deckenmalereien (Ornamentik und de:Groteske), Stukkaturen, Öfen.*** gesehen in Feldkirch Levis.
