Title
English: A Danish cruiser at sea.
Dansk: Marine med dansk krydser.
Object type painting
object_type QS:P31,Q3305213
Description
The Danish cruisers Valkyrien and Heimdal were very difficult to tell apart at this distance in the 1920s. But the Valkyrien sailed for the last time in 1923, so unless this is a retrospective work, we are looking at the Heimdal which soldiered on until 1930 - and was at sea in 1924. The positions of the secondary armament also resembles the Heimdal.
