Français : Puis rapidement la franchise est matérialisée par une vignette représentant le drapeau national (3 bandes rouges sur fond jaune, non dentelée ou avec différentes dentelures et ultérieurement le mot "VIETNAM" en diagonale) et des cachets administratifs. Ces vignettes, non reconnues par "les Postes de l'Indochine", ne devaient pas être oblitérées.

Ces vignettes continueront à servir de justification de franchise interne lors des changements de régime politique : "Gouvernement Provisoire de la République de Cochinchine", puis "Gouvernement Provisoire du Sud-Vietnam", puis "Gouvernement Provisoire du Vietnam".
