English: Members of the Joint Operations Center (JOC) coordinate emergency and exercise response activities for the Vigilant Guard 2008 exercise. The exercise is being conducted from 21-24 April 2008 in Beaufort County, South Carolina. Army and Air National Guard personnel from South Carolina and various surrounding states are conducting an earthquake response exercise in coordination with local, state, and federal emergency agencies.
