View of two ladder truck with their ladders extended and a banner about Fire Prevention Week suspended between them. The trucks are parked at Broad and High Streets. They marked the beginning of what looks like a Columbus Day Parade. On the left can be the sign for Roy’s Watches located at 8 East Broad Street. The tall brown building is the Rhodes Office tower at 30 East Broad Street. On the right, the tall white skyscraper is the BancOhio (now PNC Bank) building at 155 East Broad Street.
