Spectators line the piers to watch the ships as they slowly make their way to the piers. A locomotive is moving down the railroad tracks that line the port passing buildings, storehouse, ship docks, and other buildings. Picture file card reads: "Looking southeast from a position which would now (1944) correspond to the rear of Berth 87, showing the Fifth St. Ferry Landing at the right."
