This view of Pike Street was taken facing northeast from Second Avenue. Several of the buildings in this image are identifiable. The seven-story building at the northeast corner of Third Avenue and Pike Street (bottom left of frame) is the Harper Building, which was built in 1890 and demolished in 1984. Further east on Pike Street, at the northeast corner of Pike Street and Fifth Avenue is the Coliseum Theatre, built in 1916 and still in use as retail space as of 2018. On the south side of Pike Street the white 10-story building is the Joshua Green Building, built in 1913 and even now standing at the southwest corner of Pike Street and Fourth Avenue.
