The river bed is consists of basalt rocks and granite etc giving different colours when there is no water flowing in river during dry season.there are many rare trees can be seen on rocky bank of the river.localites say there could be diamonds found in river bed.Some small ponds seen in the river bed are actually volcano craters .these are always filled with water and feeded by the crater above and making a scene of water fall.
