English:

The first large gold strikes in the Klondike area were found on Bonanza and Eldorado Creeks. In 1898 and 1899, Eldorado was the richest mining area in the region, producing some $4 million dollars of gold. This photo shows a view of the industrial mining operations in the valley of Eldorado Creek. Eldorado Creek is ten miles southeast of Dawson.
